專業青年與黃智祖談文化旅遊

香港作為亞洲盛事之都,特區政府預告今年及未來數年將舉行多項大型國際盛事,以推動盛事經濟,說好香港故事。青協M21網台節目《傾.盡全力》第三季的第2集今天(19日)播出,由4位專業青年與文化體育及旅遊局常任秘書長黃智祖互動交談,就本地文化旅遊的發展及相關議題提出意見。   4位專業青年包括︰陳成軍(Rubio)、李國榮(Benji)、陳文駿(Horace)、梁綺玟(Carman)。他們在節目中探討香港旅遊業的現況,並就透過文創產業來提升旅遊競爭力,以及培育青年導遊人才提出建議。   文化體育及旅遊局常任秘書長黃智祖表示,文創與旅遊息息相關,當局目前正積極促進文體旅的融合發展,並針對不同客群展開各種主題的「深度遊」行程,包括綠色、文化和體育旅遊等,讓遊客深入體驗香港多層次的魅力。他認為,創造「開心」的氛圍是吸引旅客的重要因素,同時鼓勵青年投身旅遊業,注入創意思維。   黃智祖指出,流行文化是香港的文化名片,以去年的已故歌星張國榮紀念展為例,吸引了大量遊客,充分反映香港文化的軟實力;為保存和發揚本地流行文化遺產,政府早前推出首屆「香港流行文化節」,並擬定建造流行文化館。他表示,發展文化旅遊需要培育具有標誌性演出項目,並建立多功能的文化設施,而今年10月將舉辦首屆「香港演藝博覽」,打造一個旗艦平台,展示國內外的精品表演項目,為旅客帶來嶄新的體驗,以文塑旅。   政府在《施政報告》提到,旅遊業是香港經濟主要動力之一,藉著舉辦「香港夜繽紛」,令香港「活起來、動起來」,並正制訂《香港旅遊業發展藍圖2.0》,優化各領域配合旅遊業發展。4位專業青年建議政府著力改善本地旅遊體驗,以增加吸引力及遊客留港日數,例如為提供客制化的文化深度遊、將本地非物質文化遺產與大型盛事結合,如在活動周邊擺設特色攤位,既能刺激消費,亦可讓遊客了解香港歷史和文化。   隨著多項大型盛事即將舉行,專業青年建議將各具吸引力的項目有系統地連接,例如在Art Basel期間提供水上的士服務,擴大盛事的影響力,並建議設立一個整合不同主題文化旅遊項目的平台,讓遊客可更容易搜尋到心儀的行程。另外,他們認為本地導遊數目不足,建議政府聯同院校及社福機構為年輕人提供培訓機會,並在課程中增設數碼科技元素,有助推動更豐富的文化深度旅遊體驗。   青協自2022年6月推出的「起步為香港」青年計劃,年內將凝聚逾20,000名青年,以參與「社區建設」、「經濟建設」和「灣區建設」為重點,期望協力為香港開創新景象。全新網上節目《傾.盡全力》為「起步為香港」的焦點項目之一,共五個專題範疇陸續推出。詳情可瀏覽網站hkfyg.org.hk/stepping-forward-with-commitment-to-hk。     傳媒查詢︰ 香港青年協會高級傳訊經理何詠筠女士 電話︰3755 7044 香港青年協會傳訊幹事劉嘉裕女士 電話︰3755 7010

HKFYG Community Team Sports X GigaSports “Dragon’s Back Trail Run 2024”

The NEIGHBOURHOOD First Reunion Lunch

    The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG)’s “The NEIGHBOURHOOD First” project organised “The NEIGHBOURHOOD First Reunion Lunch” with help from young volunteers across Hong Kong on 27 January. 青協「全健空間」公布「媒體及人工智能素養」研究結果

網絡世界虛假資訊泛濫,青年若不懂「Fact Check」,隨時誤墮陷阱。香港青年協會「全健空間」今天(18日)公布有關「媒體及人工智能素養」研究結果,顯示在1,600多名中學生服務對象中,約六成認為自己「具備事實查核的技巧」(58.6%)及「懂得分辨資訊的真偽」(61.5%)[表二],然而分別有近兩成(19.4%)相信「愈刺激情緒的新聞標題愈可靠」及「點擊率愈高的資訊愈可信」[表一],反映學生缺乏足夠的媒體資訊素養能力辨識資訊的真偽。   近年人工智能(AI)大行其道,青年樂於擁抱新科技,半數人(50.6%)認為自己具備應用AI的知識和技能;不過,他們亦明白AI的影響有好有壞,例如擔心AI會取替人類擔任某些職業(60.1%),以及被利用進行內容審查及侵犯私隱(55.4%);有三成(31.3%)不同意「玩變臉Apps沒有風險」[表三],可見他們擔心部分應用程式或會將個人資料外洩及用作其他用途。研究亦反映學生非常關心私隱及網絡安全,六成四(63.8%)表示懂得保護自己在網上的私隱[表二]。   上述研究於2021至2023年期間,由青協「全健空間」與香港浸會大學傳理學院合作,邀請「Project MAIL媒體及人工智能素養拓展計劃」的服務對象填寫問卷,成功收回1,638份有效問卷,受訪對象為中一至中三學生。研究亦深入訪問了11位中學教師及55位中一至中二學生。   根據研究結果,超過四成半(45.6%)學生同意網絡欺凌在社交媒體上很普遍[表一]。有接受深入訪談的學生認為,伴隨網絡日益發達,網絡欺凌及「起底」情況只會持續,反映他們對未來資訊環境未抱樂觀態度,以及應對網絡欺凌的重要性。在Project MAIL眾多課程中,學生表示最實用的是「欺凌與安全」,從中學習到怎樣分辨「開玩笑」及「欺凌」,並認識了相關的應對措施。有教師指出現今AI等新興科技發展神速,卻缺乏足夠的相關師資及培訓,擔憂追不上發展進程而未能應付日後的教學挑戰。   香港青年協會督導主任余艷芳表示,近年元宇宙、AI等新興科技受到社會關注,惟當中潛藏危機,例如使用AI生成圖文可降低時間及人力成本,但也加速了虛假資訊傳播;ChatGPT被用來搜集資料及撰寫功課,引發學習問題;還有加密貨幣帶來投資風險等,可見青少年面對的網絡風險及爭議有增無減。因此,建議加強推廣媒體資訊教育,並且為教育工作者增加相關的支援及培訓,提升網絡安全意識。   青協「全健空間」於2021年推出為期三年的「Project MAIL媒體及人工智能素養拓展計劃」,已為35間中學提供相關課程,旨在協助中學生建立媒體素養的知識、技能及價值觀,應對AI普及的網絡世界,並支援學校推行持續教學。該計劃亦推出「Project MAIL教材套」,當中包括最新的課程教案、電子教材和個案實例等,教師可按需要將教材融入學校課程,以校本模式推行素養教育;並與浸大團隊共同研發「MAIL素養能力自我評估工具」,透過16條問題,學生、家長及教師可初步了解及評估自身的媒體素養水平,從而針對性地加強個別需要。                 青協將於今年推出全新「Project Next 新興科技素養及價值教育計劃」,繼續支援學校教師及學生在新興科技素養教育的需要,內容涵蓋AI、大數據、元宇宙及區塊鏈四大核心課題,協助學生建立正確的價值觀,成為一個有智慧及道德的科技使用者。詳情可瀏覽網站medialiteracy.hk。   附件:「媒體及人工智能素養」研究部分結果     傳媒查詢︰ 香港青年協會高級傳訊經理何詠筠女士 電話︰3755 7044 香港青年協會傳訊幹事劉嘉裕女士電話︰3755 7010

Made in HKFYG: Embracing the community spirit(Quinton)

Quinton (Ah Q) never expected that his everyday work and small actions could have such an impact on others. It reminds him of how he was helped and inspired by HKFYG social workers in the past. Starting from Form Three, Ah Q joined the Neighbourhood First team as a volunteer and later worked full-time at Youth S.P.O.T. after college.
