The HKFYG is seeking a full revamp of its Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to replace the existing platform and improve workflow efficiency and overall operations. The new solution should streamline onboarding, leave, payroll, reporting, and employee data management, while supporting accurate and efficient day-to-day administration. It should be built on a flexible, scalable architecture with fast update capability to accommodate policy, business, and regulatory changes without disruption. The system must comply with applicable Hong Kong laws and requirements, including employment-related obligations, MPF, personal data privacy, and other relevant regulations, and should include audit trails, access controls, and data security features. The vendor should demonstrate solid local implementation experience and provide ongoing support, timely upgrades, and continuous system enhancement to ensure long-term stability and compliance. Data processing and mutual non-disclosure agreement must be signed before receiving the tender documents. |

| Brief Description of the Tender |
The HKFYG is inviting experienced service provider to submit proposals for our Accounting System. As the existing system has been in operation for many years, we are seeking to implement a modern, secure, reliable, and scalable accounting management system to support the Federation’s business growth and operational needs. The new solution should enhance financial management efficiency, improve data accuracy, strengthen reporting capabilities, and provide better support for management decision-making. The scope of work includes the design, development, and implementation of a new accounting system, with enhancements to core functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Asset Management. The solution should also support integration with other corporate systems to streamline business processes and improve data consistency across the organization. The selected vendor will be responsible for data migration, system testing and user training, as well as post-implementation support and maintenance services. Tenderers must demonstrate proven experience in implementing accounting systems for local organizations and provide relevant project references for evaluation. Data processing and mutual non-disclosure agreement must be signed before receiving the tender documents. |
