香港青年協會繼2020年2月至10月推出「非常疫情・非常關懷」服務系列，從學習、社區和線上關懷三方面，提供多項支援及網上服務；現推出「今期流行」(Together We Love and Care)，從線上線下多項活動和訊息，以愛治療身心，彼此互相關懷，並流行至全港不同角落。 五大新猷項目包括︰「Seasons of Love@M21」、「Healing Tuesday」、「Sport-cation」、「鄰舍有愛」，以及「Inno Impact青年創意實踐計劃」。

「Project STEP – 青少年情緒健康計劃」推出首個解憂空間實體裝置，並於2020年10月至2021年2月期間放置在青協領袖學院。 解憂空間裝置結合網上與實體平台，提供一個獨處的空間，讓使用者療癒身心，透過影像、呼吸練習、正念歌曲及遊戲等互動方式，體驗不同情緒的意義和調適之道。 每次體驗時間約為10至15分鐘，進入裝置後，使用者跟隨聲音導航覺察自己的呼吸。過程中，需要聆聽個人的內心感受，從快樂、悲傷、擔心、憤怒及後悔等八種情緒中，選擇最能代表此刻心情的一種情緒，從中學習情緒的意義和調適之道。每種情緒體驗均附設小遊戲，讓使用者以輕鬆有趣的方式與情緒互動，能夠接納、調節與釋放內在感受。 然後，使用者在聲音導航下覺察自己的呼吸，回到當下，讓身心得到真正的休息。體驗結束前會播放正念歌曲，配合清新自然的畫面，無論此時此刻使用者的心情如何，都能夠從歌聲中得到共鳴及療癒。 除實體裝置，解憂空間亦設有網上平台 (https://wellnesshub.hk) 讓公眾使用，無論使用者身在何方，也能體驗一場療癒身心的旅程。 青協領袖學院地址︰香港新界粉嶺馬會道302號
