Our deepest condolences

It is with heavy hearts that we learnt of the passing of our dear friend, mentor and Vice Patron of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, and Honorary Advisor of The Dragon Foundation, The Hon Sir T.L. Yang.

Sir T.L. was always available with his gentle counsel, encouragement and support. We will miss him, but rejoice in his life of service. With our deepest condolences to all his loved ones at this sad time.
