| Brief Description of the Tender |
The services include comprehensive event design, management and technical support to ensure smooth execution. The scope covers directing and show cueing, production and floor management, logistics coordination, graphic design and production, and crowd management. Technical services include the provision of stage, lighting, audio, and video equipment, along with crew support, video contents (such as animations and slides), multi-camera live feed to the LED wall with recording and internet streaming, as well as additional structures like camera platforms, photo booths, signing backdrops, drapery and masking, and safety arrangements. A proposal will be required. |
