Strive and Rise Programme (3.0) Graduation Ceremony Event Management and Technical Support

The services include comprehensive event design, management and technical support to ensure smooth execution. The scope covers directing and show cueing, production and floor management, logistics coordination, graphic design and production, and crowd management. Technical services include the provision of stage, lighting, audio, and video equipment, along with crew support, video contents (such as animations and slides), multi-camera live feed to the LED wall with recording and internet streaming, as well as additional structures like camera platforms, photo booths, signing backdrops, drapery and masking, and safety arrangements. A proposal will be required.

If a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal No.8 or above or “extreme conditions” is in force at any time between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on 24 September 2025 (Wednesday), the submission deadline will be extended to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the black storm warning signal has ceased to be in effect or the tropical cyclone warning signal No.8 is lowered. Saturday is not counted as a working day. Late submission shall not be considered.
