由前海管理局主辦、香港青年協會及影石創新共同合作舉辦的「青創港前行」前海香港青年科創工作坊，首場活動於3月28日在前海深港青年夢工場圓滿舉行，吸引香港12所中學的23名高中學生參與。 是次工作坊聚焦人工智慧、低空經濟、智慧硬體、文化創意等前沿行業，以沉浸式科創體驗為核心，融合國情教育、科技實踐與產業對接，為香港青年提升對國家的向心力和科創能力、拓寬發展空間、為將來參與香港北部都會區建設、融入和服務國家發展大局作好準備。 前海第一課：學員先後走訪前海石公園及前海展示廳，深入了解前海的開發歷程、深港合作成果及其對香港發展的重要價值。 動手實踐科技： 在影石創新（Insta360）工程師的指導下，學員體驗全景影像及無人機技術，更分組完成科創實踐作品，發揮創意。 產業實地考察： 學員參訪了零重力深圳飛機工業有限公司，近距離接觸低空經濟與智能航運等新興產業，從中規劃未來發展路向。

Ten years ago, our Youth Research Centre set out to build from scratch Hong Kong’s first-ever youthled thinktank, Youth I.D.E.A.S. It all started with a simple idea: young people care deeply about society and deserve a platform to channel that passion into constructive change. A decade on, the platform has brought together more than 200 socially conscious tertiary students and young professionals who share the belief that change comes through research and advocacy. 香港青年協會及國際扶輪3450地區合辦「全健及捐血推廣日」，於3月22日假青協全健綜合大樓圓滿舉行。全日共有近200人報名參與捐血，共襄善舉。 出席的嘉賓包括︰立法會議員（醫療衞生界）林哲玄醫生、中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室陳澤濤副部長、香港紅十字會輸血服務中心血液收集及招募部主管江舜賢醫生、香港青年協會副總幹事陳文浩、國際扶輪3450地區總監鄭卓群、國際扶輪3450地區健康服務委員會主席方陽醫生，以及捐血服務委員會主席暨活動籌委會主委袁曉晴女士等。 香港青年協會副總幹事陳文浩表示，隨着國家進入「十五五」規劃進程，加上特區政府正在編制首個「香港五年規劃」，社會需要進一步提升公共健康水平。是次活動正是在社區層面，積極實踐「健康香港」，並融入國家「健康中國」的戰略方針，讓公眾認識身、心、靈健康的重要性。 過去三年，青協培訓了近1,000名全健師，他們透過不同的專長，在社區為有需要的人士提供健康教育及健康管理服務，包括與企業義工服務基層兒童、地區長者及接收醫院轉介的個案，希望提升市民精神健康及整體健康，長遠減輕公共醫療負擔。 同場更設有一系列全健工作坊，包括瑜珈初階體驗、頌缽聲頻療癒體驗及芳療體驗，由青協全健師及扶輪社的社友帶領，讓大家透過多元的全健活動放鬆身心，療癒心靈。
